Happyticket è una società esterna che gestisce la vendita on-line del Teatro Comunale di Bolzano.

L'utente trova le istruzioni per l'acquisto dei biglietti dettagliate sulla Homepage di Happyticket. 

RITIRO DEL BIGLIETTO

L'utente deve presentarsi alla biglietteria o botteghino entro e non oltre 30 minuti dall'inizio dello spettacolo presentando il la ricevuta di avvenuta transazione on-line e un documento di identità.

Für das Online Ticketing werden Sie auf dem Server der Firma Happytickets weitergeleitet. Happyticket verwaltet den Onlineverkauf für das Stadttheater Bozen.

Alle nötigen Informationen erhalten Sie auf der Homepage beim Onlinekauf der Tickets.

ABHOLEN DES TICKETS

Der Kunde muss mindestens 30 Minuten vor Vorstellungsbeginn bei der Theater- bzw. Abendkasse mit einem gültigen Ausweis und der Zahlungsbestätigung der Tickets die Karten abholen.

The user must go to the box office at least 30 minutes before the performances starts and show the payment receipt and an identity document.

I biglietti si possono prenotare telefonicamente durante gli orari di apertura della cassa fino a un giorno prima dello spettacolo. Le prenotazioni vengono rispettate in ordine di arrivo. I biglietti devono essere pagati entro il giorno feriale precedente allo spettacolo, pena l'annullamento della prenotazione.  I biglietti di ingresso possono essere pagati in contanti, con bancomat o carta di credito alla cassa del Teatro, oppure tramite bonifico bancario.

Kartenreservierungen sind nur telefonisch während der Kassenöffnungszeiten möglich und werden bis einen Tag vor der Aufführung angenommen. Sie werden in der Reihenfolge ihres Eingangs bearbeitet. Die Karten können bis zum Tag vor der Aufführung  bezahlt werden. Andernfalls verfällt die Reservierung. Eintrittskarten können Sie entweder bar, mit Bancomat oder Kreditkarte an unseren Theaterkassen, per Banküberweisung bezahlen.

The tickets could be booked at our box office during opening hours by phone. The bookings will be considered by arrival. The tickets should be paid at least at least one day before the performances, although the booking won't cancelled. The tickets could be paid by cash, bancomat or credit card at the box office or with bank draft.
